RaY provides trained advocates to assist youth who are attempting to navigate their way through a myriad of complicated and intimidating systems.  RaY’s advocates will speak on behalf of an individual until they are comfortable speaking for themselves, ensuring that their rights are being taken care of.  RaY’s advocates are comfortable in a number of areas including Employment and Income Assistance, Justice, Legal, Education, Child and Family Services, Health and any other system that affects street-involved youth.
