Mental Health and Addictions Case Manager
The Mental Health and Addictions program exists to support youth in their journey to stabilize emotionally and mentally.
Staff will work from a non-judgmental, harm-reduction lens to meet youth where they are at and help them reach their mental health and addictions goals.

Level Up!
Case Manager
Through the Level Up Program, RaY will assist at-risk youth who have become street-entrenched, marginalized, and often overlooked by other employment development programs.
The Case Manager will provide up to 160 youth with intensive case management support linking participants to internal and external resources that build on their goals within the Level Up programs and work placement experience.
RAPID
Re-Housing Case Manager
The RAPID Re-Housing Case Manager joins a dedicated team providing comprehensive, preventative support to street-entrenched youth (ages 29 and under). This role works to connect participants with housing supports to navigate the private market, using a harm reduction and strength-based model to address complex barriers.

Street Outreach Worker
You will join a dedicated team providing comprehensive, preventative outreach focusing on street-entrenched youth (ages 29 and under) and extending to individuals beyond our age mandate. Using a harm reduction and strength-based model, this role works to increase service access, promote safety, and address the complex barriers faced by marginalized youth experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, addictions, and trauma.
Program Supervisor - Evenings
The Program Supervisor - Evening role will manage staffing, training, and oversight for evening and weekend drop-in and outreach teams. Using a harm reduction and strength based model, this role works to increase service access, promote safety, and address the complex barriers faced by marginalized youth experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, addictions, and trauma.

RaY Navigator
The navigator expedites connection to resources- including harm reduction and addictions supports, and supports inter-program collaboration when youth engage multiple program areas simultaneously. This role works to increase service access, promote safety, and address the complex barriers faced by youth experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, addictions, and trauma while recognizing the ongoing impacts of colonialism and generational trauma.
